Responsibilities: 

​

  Participate in monthly LiveSmart 2020 wellness sessions and annual Health and  Wellness Expo  

                                                                                     

Create “Heart of Campus” one-mile walk for American Heart Association’s National Walking Day   

                                                                               

  Assist in the marketing and development of events and programs including Special Olympics, Go Red Zumba/Yoga-thon                                                  

 

Attend tobacco-free task force meetings, enhance tobacco-free campus website for frequently asked questions,

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship

​

Goals: Through this internship, I plan to strengthen my network and build my transferable skills. I hope to expand my knowledge of the business behind the sports and recreation programs. I hope to gain marketing experience from this internship.

Learning Outcomes: Grow as an effective leader. Effectively complete tasks. Sufficiently maintain program budget. Understand the logistics of operating a major bowl game. Strengthen interpersonal communication with members of the college staff.
